Set behind glass fronted doors in the restaurant is a superb new wine cellar and tasting room. Beautifully displaying the growing collection of over 200 different wines and champagnes, the rich wooden racking is skilfully lit to highlight key bottles.
General Manager Stephen Wilcock is one of only 25 Master Sommelier in Europe and having such high qualifications Stephen is in his element when he is assisting our guests choose the perfect wine to accompany their dinner. To highlight the hotel’s new wine cellar and Stephen’s talent a wine tasting every Friday evening before dinner has recently been introduced and so far we have had a very good response from our guests. We hope you will join us soon for a tasting.
