To celebrate Easter this year Head Chef Eddie Kilty, from the Inn on the Lake wanted to give the guests an ‘Eggstra Special Easter’, by giving the children at the hotel the chance to get involved, have fun and smash up some giant Easter eggs.
Eddie made contact with various suppliers regarding donating two giant Easter eggs towards this good cause, from this Caterite Food Services announced that one of their main food service suppliers ‘HB Ingredients’ would like to get involved. Helen Nattrass of Caterite says; “HB Ingredients saw it as a fantastic opportunity to showcase the Country Range Belgium chocolate products and were happy to donate the two giant Easter Eggs to the Inn on the Lake”
HB Ingredients supply Caterite with all their Country Range products, chocolate products and cake decorations. From their factory they have produced the Inn on the Lake two giant milk chocolate Easter eggs; each egg is two feet tall, beautifully decorated and filled with bags of mini marshmallows and mini chocolate crisps.
These giant Easter eggs will be on show at the Inn on the Lake this Easter weekend at the Mad Hatters afternoon tea buffet party, where the children can get involved to smash the egg, enjoy entertainment with a magic performance from Martinys Magic and an Easter treasure hunt Eggstravaganza. With the first egg smashing taking place on Easter Sunday and the second Easter Monday; it’s going to be a real smashing Easter!
