Beer connoisseurs rejoice!
Every first Monday of the month at the Kings Arms Hotel, Keswick, it’s Beer Club time. Join us for a 2 or 3 course meal paired with a flight of beers.
Monday 7th May
To Start
Cod and chorizo fishcakes with salad garnish and sweet chilli sauce
or
Slices of smoked chicken sat upon crisp mixed leaves drizzled with balsamic sauce
Paired with Jenning’s Cumberland ale – a superb golden coloured ale, brewed with English pale ale malt and using only the finest English aromatic hops..
For Mains
Braised lamb shank bound in a mint & onion gravy sat upon mash served with vegetables
or
10oz rib eye steak topped with melted stilton cheese served with hand cut chips, onion rings and a grilled flat cap mushroom
Paired with Hobgoblin – the legendary ruby beer, full bodied and well balanced with a chocolate toffee malt flavour, moderate bitterness.
To End
Blueberry and white chocolate cake served with ice cream

Honeycomb golden nugget cheesecake served with cream
Paired with Slap & Stickle – a slightly sweet, light golden ale with a hint of toffee
