The menu for the evening

Riojan Tapas  platta: chorizo Rioja, Spanish hard cheese, pimientos de padron escabeche, , manzanilla olives, croquette and tortilla de patata

Deep fried Calamari with a Viura sauce

Basque style rack of cerdo ( pork), with white beans, roasted red peppers, red Rioja sauce served with a  side dish of Valencian paella

Pear confit poached in vino Dolce and coated in dark chocolate on a fluffy foam of saffron and vanilla
