Over 100 excited children had a whale of a time at the annual Lodore Falls Hotel Pantomime yesterday. They were treated to an entertaining performance of Dick Whittington and his Cat which took place in the hotel’s Garden Suite.

With over 400 staff working for Lake District Hotels Ltd. we thought it would be a great opportunity to find out what they thought about Christmas in the hotels and the Lake District by asking them to write a story for the blog.
Our first staff blogger is Tanya Sentence who is Sales Manager at the Lodore Falls Hotel. Tanya has been with us for over 5 years and originally comes from New Zealand. Christmas and New Year is a big event in all 6 of the hotels and Tanya explains some of the best bits that take place at the Lodore.
