Chef De Partie

The Inn on the Lake is a fantastic venue with a vibrant atmosphere looking for a Chef De Parte to work alongside a great team of enthusiastic, hard working people.
Requirements:
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Preferably has Rosette background or experience dealing with all fresh produce
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a similar role within a busy kitchen and be able to bring fresh ideas with them. This is a permanent role. You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota system, including split shifts. Live-in accommodation is available.

Experienced Receptionist

- Experience working in a busy hotel in a receptionist’s role

Commis Chef
The Lodore Falls Hotel , Derwentwater – 4* hotel
The Lodore Falls hotel is looking for enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade, who as an individual loves nothing more than cooking the best of local ingredients to produce quality food.
Requirements:
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department.
- Lots of passion and relevant experience
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a similar role within a busy kitchen and be able to bring fresh ideas with them. This is a permanent, full time role, based on 40 hours per week. Live-in accommodation is available.

Sous Chef
The George Hotel , Penrith – 3* hotel
- Direct assistant to head chef offering day-to-day support
- Running of the kitchen alongside head chef
- Total charge of kitchen in head chef’s absence
- In charge of cleaning rotas
- Staff training
- Menu development and presentation
- Responsible for staff rotas
- Able to work well as part of a team
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a similar role within a busy restaurant and be able to bring fresh ideas with them. This is a permanent role. You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota system, including split shifts.
