After dinner, relax in our lounges with coffee and petit fours. Return to the George Hotel for rum flavoured hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows.
Enjoy a fun packed morning opening gifts from loved
ones before donning your boots to try a walk from our very own walking book, taking you to panoramic views of the surrounding area.
After your efforts it’s time to meet in the lounges for Champagne and canapés whilst you make your choices from the sumptuous six course Christmas Day lunch menu which is served in the magnificent Ballroom.
Following a leisurely afternoon, you can join us later in the evening for a ‘Taste of the Lakes and Fells Buffet’. Returning to the hotel you will be served tea and hot buttered crumpets as you warm up by the roaring fire. In the evening, enjoy a four course candlelit farewell dinner served in the festive Ballroom.
