Each of the 43 en-suite bedrooms at the Skiddaw Hotel offers a high standard of comfort with a great choice of room types to suit your needs and budget. Our housekeeping staff take pride in making sure that every room is kept sparkling to ensure you feel relaxed when you stay at the Skiddaw Hotel.
Standard bedrooms
All standard bedrooms at the Skiddaw Hotel provide a high level of comfort with flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing facilities. Some standard rooms have been recently refurbished – please ask reservations when booking to confirm availability.
Summit bedrooms
With comfortable double beds, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, towelling robes and ironing facilities in each of the Skiddaw Hotel’s Summit rooms, these individually detailed bedrooms are sure to give you a relaxing stay. Some Summit rooms overlook the charming Market Square of Keswick, with many Summit rooms being recently refurbished. Please speak to reservations when booking to confirm availability of these rooms.
Deluxe Bedrooms
These modern rooms are finished to a high standard with a seating area and bright, airy bathrooms for extra comfort. The super King size beds ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, while flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, towelling robes, still and sparkling mineral water and ironing facilities ensure you have everything you need during your stay.
Four Poster Bedroom
The Four Poster bedroom at the Skiddaw Hotel is large and spacious with a super king size, traditional mahogany four poster bed. A Large Bay window offers a comfortable seating area that overlooks Keswick’s Market Square. Towelling robes are provided along with still and sparkling mineral water and tea and coffee making facilities. A flat screen television and ironing facilities ensure you have everything you need during your stay. Please speak to reservations when booking to confirm availability of the four poster room.
Feature bedrooms
These large and luxurious rooms are all recently refurbished to a high, modern standard with big, bright bathrooms and generous seating areas. Ambient lighting, 32” flat screen TVs, super King size beds, towelling robes, still and sparkling mineral water, tea and coffee making facilities and deluxe toiletries make staying in one of the Skiddaw Hotel’s Feature bedrooms a real indulgence.
Cottage Suite
If you would like a more space and privacy then why not opt to stay in our brand new Cottage Suite. This comprises 2 bedrooms (1 twin & 1 double), one bathroom, living room and fitted kitchen. The Cottage Suite has a private car parking space at the back of the hotel.
