Award-worthy service from Inn on the Lake!
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that the Inn on the Lake’s Reception Manager, Tina Patla, has been shortlisted for the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards for the Customer Service Star category!
Tina always goes above and beyond for customers and residents who visit the Inn on the Lake, doing all she can to make everyone’s experience a memorable one. It’s an honour for such a valued member of our team to be recognised for their stellar customer service and dedication in keeping our hotel operating to its full potential.
She’s up against some fierce competition from some rather notable hotels, with the majority of finalists being based down south. However, we have no doubt that Tina deserves to nab the prize! We feel the award is also an excellent way to raise awareness of the booming hospitality industry in the North and especially in the Lake District.
The Boutique Hotelier is a prestigious business magazine that celebrates boutique hotels up and down the country for their incredible contributions to the hospitality sector. This year is the sixth annual Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Stars Award Ceremony, with the event becoming exceedingly popular year on year.
The Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Stars Award Ceremony is being held at Hilton Olympia on Tuesday 15th October. A judging panel comprised of top industry experts including: Peter Hancock (Chief Executive of Pride of Britain Hotels), Giovanna Grossi (from The AA), Philip Turner (Founder of The Chestnut Group) and Michele Mella (General Manager of Barnsley House) will decide on the winners in the run up to the ceremony.
The free event is open to all hoteliers and staff to commend their involvement within the industry as they will be rewarded with free-flowing champagne and endless canapes.
