Duck, pigeon and guinea fowl terrine with a spiced apricot chutney
Smoked trout and spring onion mousse with pickled cucumber ribbons and toasted rye bread
Goat’s cheese and caramelised red onion filo parcels with dressed rocket
Fresh fig and Cumbrian cured pancetta salad with a raspberry vinaigrette

Oven baked hake fillet served with a Solway chorizo, spring onion butter and crushed new potatoes
Roast loin of pork, black pudding bonbon, creamy calvados and chive sauce topped with parsnip shavings
