Fun, easy and creative! Ever fancied having a go at arm knitting? Well this is your chance! At the Borrowdale Hotel we are hosting an Arm Knitting masterclass with Allybobsknits which will be immediately followed by a delicious afternoon tea on Saturday 7th October.

No knitting experience or needles necessary! You will learn step-by-step how to arm knit your own blanket or cushion.

Great fun for individuals who want to learn a new skill or small groups of friends, my workshops are limited in numbers (usually only 6 people) meaning you get a lovely personal workshop. I will talk you through every step and untangle you if you make a mistake!

Each workshop normally lasts around 2 hours.

During this class, you will knit your very own chunky knit blanket from 2kg of 100% pure unspun merino wool to take home – perfect as a statement piece on your sofa, chair or bed. The final blanket will be approximately 30” x 50” in size.
