Talisker
Talisker is the Isle of Skye’s only single malt, and one that is loved all over the world for its maritime character. This dram embodies all the spirit of this rocky, weathered island and its hardy inhabitants. With notes of white pepper, brine and smoke, this award-winning island malt is certainly one not to be missed.
Dalwhinnie Single Malt
With this whiskey’s water coming from the highest mountain source of any malt, the finished product results in a fine and soft whiskey. Distilled in the Highlands, this tipple reflects the gentlessness and spirit of the area and evokes the flavours of malt, honey nutmeg and dried fruit. Perfectly paired with chocolate cake when chilled this is definitely a winner in our books.
Monkey Shoulder
Bringing whiskey to a new generation, the combination of three Speyside single malts makes Monkey Shoulder perfect for mixing. This whiskey is characterised by it’s fruity aromas and vanilla notes making it refreshingly approachable. Enjoy a “Ginger Monkey” with ginger ale and slice of orange or a “Monkey Splash” served simply with soda and a slice.
The Balvenie
Founded in 1889 by William Grant, who after 20 year of learning the craft as a book-keeper and manager at Mortlach distillery set out on his own. After buying a field in the shadow of The Balvenie Castle the distillery was born. With toffee, hazelnut, nutmeg and sultana shaping the character and style of this whiskey it’s a popular choice on our shelf.
Bowmore
Distilled in the Isle of Islay, known as the Queen of the Hebrides, this single malt is characterised by the wild beauty and fierce seas of the surrounding area. Stored in the finest quality oak casks it’s style compromises of unusual flavours of brine, smoke, parma violets and lemon.
