Much loved by locals and visitors alike, our popular Ramblers Bar has had a face lift and is due to open in February half term. Gary Wilson the General Manager and his team have been very involved in the styling and colours – so let them know what you think if you call in for a pint of real ale and a hearty lunch.

The refurbishments have taken four weeks to complete, giving Ramblers Bar a new lighter look… the dark wooden beams have been  replaced with solid oak, the floor sanded, the bar rebuilt, light panelling on the walls, big leather seats and comfy chairs are scattered throughout the spacious room and there are more doors to the outdoors – allowing copious amounts of natural light in. The ladies and gents toilets have also been completely refurbished, to add a little extra luxury to your Ramblers experience.

For evening celebrations a new sound system has been installed, as well as modern lights,  which can change colour to match the colour scheme for any wedding, helping set the mood for your special day… making Ramblers Bar the perfect venue for parties, weddings, celebrations and much more.
