Tea for two… at the Inn on the Lake
On Tuesday 16th February award winning British tea blenders, Birchall Tea joined us at the the Inn on The Lake as one of their filming locations, to showcase the Lake District, its culture, food and landscapes, as part of national campaign to highlight the diverse regions of the UK.
The Birchall’s campaign team is working with leading chefs, artists, photographers, film makers and bloggers to create a raft of online and social media content pinned to the hashtag BirchallsBritain to celebrate all that is best about this magnificent island.
Mark Harris Head Chef at the Inn on the Lake, was asked to create an array of unique tea infused treats and dishes for a special blogger tea party in the hotel’s restaurant. (Watch these short clips with Mark and hear his views on Birchalls Tea and watch his food inspiration presentation)
The next phase of the campaign will focus on the spectacular, North West. A region celebrated for its amazing landscapes, lakes and peaks, it continues to attract and inspire many artists and photographers from around the world. An area that also boasts some of the best natural food produce anywhere in the country its restaurants are talked about well beyond these shores…
