Assistant Restaurant Manager– The Lodore Falls Hotel, Keswick

The Role – Falls Brasserie Restaurant

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Falls Restaurant at Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, one of the Lake District’s most iconic luxury destinations.

This role is primarily based within the Falls Restaurant, delivering high-quality, contemporary dining, while also supporting weddings, private events and functions across the hotel. It’s a varied position offering exposure to both restaurant and premium event operations.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead from the front, driving standards, developing the team and ensuring every guest experience is seamless, whether it’s a relaxed dinner service or a large wedding celebration.

About You

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality hotel or restaurant
  • Confident running service in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural leader who motivates, coaches and develops their team
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Professional, organised and detail-focused
