Arrive for tea, coffee and pastries before our Head Chef and Sous Chef demonstrate the art of sushi making, how to make a classic Japanese marinade perfect for meat and fish, top tips on stir-frying and how to make a Thai curry paste from scratch, as well as the chance to smell, touch and taste as you go along . You’ll leave knowing your temaki from your hosomaki and how to recreate simple flavours of pan-Asia at home. Umai!
All of the food prepared throughout the demonstration will be enjoyed in Mizu along with a delicious pan-Asian lunch.
