New for 2018: Four of our brand-new suites are now open and the feedback that we have received from our guests has been amazing. Connected to the main hotel building, our new suites feature spacious beds, floor-to-ceiling windows and walk-in wardrobes, with some of the suites looking out towards the magnificent Falls waterfall.
Indulge in some ‘me time’ in one of these luxury suites, and you’ll experience the finer and healthier things in life with fresh apples in your room, soft and fluffy bathrobes and slippers and (if you go deluxe) a bottle of chilled Prosecco on arrival to be enjoyed within the lounge area of your suite.

A further 14 new spa suites and deluxe spa suites will open in late Summer, connected to the magnificent new spa building.
We are delighted to soon unveil our beautiful new Spa space, designed to house cutting edge facilities, whilst offering tailor made treatments, it will be set over several floors, affording the most stunning views. The new Falls Spa has been created to be in harmony within its beautiful surroundings of manicured gardens and set within the landscape of countryside and woodland, with the flow of Watendlath Beck as its backdrop. Our spa is to be modern and luxurious in design, whilst sympathetic to its natural location.
The new space will also offer excellent indoor and outdoor facilities and an exciting elevated Pan Asian restaurant.
